Conical silicon carbide ceramic tubes (SiC conical tubes) are made of silicon carbide (SiC) ceramics into conical/truncated conical tubes that are larger at the top and smaller at the bottom (or larger at one end and smaller at the other). They are high-performance ceramic structural components that are wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant, and are often used in cyclone separators, high-temperature wear-resistant pipelines, and material feeding/flow guiding components.

Material: High-purity silicon carbide (SiC) powder, formed by pressureless sintering/reaction sintering, resulting in a dense structure with virtually no pores.
Shape: Conical (frustum conical), with different diameters at both ends; available in straight cone, flanged, and straight pipe sections.
Appearance: Dark gray, dense and smooth, with high hardness (Mohs hardness approximately 9.2–9.5, second only to diamond).

Applications
The conical structure (wide at one end and narrow at the other) is mainly designed based on the needs of fluid mechanics. When a liquid or gas carrying solid particles flows through a conical tube, the continuous reduction in the tube diameter forces the fluid velocity to increase and the pressure to change, thereby generating a strong swirling (vortex) centrifugal force.
