Wear Chute Liner

Wear Chute Liner is a kind of protective material specially designed for the inner wall of chutes and channels, usually made of highly wear-resistant and impact-resistant materials. Chute Wear Liner Advantages
1. Good wear resistance
According to the wear resistance test (P=74N, n=800rpm, t=30 minutes), the liner showed extremely low wear (0.0005 grams), indicating that it can effectively reduce wear and extend the service life of the equipment in long-term use.
2. High elongation
The elongation of the rubber material reaches 500%, indicating that it has good elasticity and adaptability, and can effectively absorb stress and avoid cracking when it is affected by impact or material flow.
3. Corrosion resistance
Steel (such as Q235B, A36, SUS304) has good corrosion resistance, especially suitable for environments that require corrosion resistance, ensuring the stability and reliability of the liner in long-term use.
4. High peel strength
It has a high peel strength (212 MPa), ensuring that the liner is not easy to fall off during long-term use, and can be stably attached to the inner wall of the chute for a long time, providing continuous protection.
5. Customization options
Different sizes can be provided according to actual needs (such as wear-resistant ceramic linings with thickness ranging from 3mm to 50mm), which increases the flexibility of the product and allows the most suitable lining to be customized for different working conditions.
