We use a thermal vulcanization process to create ceramic wear-resistant linings, bonding wear-resistant ceramics with rubber through vulcanization to form ceramic-rubber composite linings. These are further reinforced with steel plates and bolted backing structures, making the installation process more convenient. This lining is suitable for equipment operating under normal temperature conditions, where there is a large volume of material being transported, the particles are large, and the impact force is strong, offering excellent wear resistance and impact resistance.
