RUBBER CERAMIC LINER for CHUTE
Our Rubber Ceramic Liner for Chute is a kind of wear-resistant liner made of special ceramic materials combined with other materials.
The special ceramic tiles are vulcanized and embedded in the special natural rubber to form a square wear-resistant rubber liner, and then fixed on the inner shell steel plate of the equipment by welding or gluimg to form a strong and buffering anti-wear layer, which is the best anti-wear material and wear-resistant product.

The wear-resistant ceramic liner is a special corundum ceramic calcined at 1700 ℃ with AL2O3 as the main raw material, rare metal oxide as the flux, and then combined with special rubber and high strength organic/inorganic adhesive. Features
1. Great Hardness
Measured by the Shanghai Institute of Silicate of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, its Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90, the hardness is second only to diamond, far more than the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel

The wear-resistant ceramic sheet is affixed to the inner wall of the equipment with heat-resistant strong adhesive. The adhesive is a patented product of our company, which can run for a long time without aging at 350 ° C, and the inorganic adhesive for adhesive products can withstand 750 ° C. The temperature resistance and adhesion properties of adhesives are far ahead in China.
