Product Introduction
Alumina Rubber Liner is a composite material formed by combining alumina (Al₂O₃) with rubber materials. The tensile strength of the alumina rubber lining is 18 MPa, ensuring that it still maintains good structural stability under high load conditions and is not easy to deform or crack. The Shore hardness reaches 60±5, indicating that the lining has moderate hardness and can effectively resist external wear without losing elasticity.

The peel strength of the lining is 212 MPa, which ensures a firm bond between the material and the substrate, making it difficult to peel or fall off, and enhancing the overall structural stability. 4.8Z8.8 grade high-strength bolts are used to provide stronger fixing force, ensuring safety and stability under heavy load conditions.
