Boron Nitride Ceramic
Boron nitride (BN) ceramics are an advanced ceramic material composed of boron and nitrogen atoms. The core is divided into two major categories: **hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN)** and **cubic boron nitride (c-BN)**. They have the properties of high temperature resistance, high thermal conductivity, insulation, and self-lubrication, and are known as "white graphite".

Features
Excellent machinability:
This is its most unique advantage. Most ceramics are very hard and brittle, making them difficult to machine; however, hexagonal boron nitride ceramics are extremely easy to cut, and can be easily machined into complex shapes with high precision using ordinary metalworking lathes and milling machines.
Excellent thermal properties:
It has extremely high thermal conductivity and excellent high-temperature resistance (withstanding temperatures up to 2800℃ in an inert gas or vacuum). It has excellent thermal shock resistance, and will not shatter even under rapid temperature changes between thousands of degrees Celsius and room temperature.
Superior electrical insulation:
Unlike conductive graphite, hexagonal boron nitride is an excellent electrical insulator, maintaining extremely high electrical resistance even at high temperatures (such as above 1000℃).
Superior chemical stability:
It exhibits strong non-wetting properties against most acids, alkalis, molten glass, and molten metals (such as aluminum, iron, copper, and silicon). Simply put, at high temperatures, molten metal solutions will not adhere to or corrode it, just like water droplets on a lotus leaf.
Self-lubricating property:
It has excellent solid lubrication properties similar to graphite.
