Abrasion&impact Resistant Magnetic Wear Liner

 

 

Structure: Permanent magnet (strong magnetic)+wear-resistant layer (rubber/polyurethane/alumina ceramic/alloy steel), vulcanized or embedded as a whole.
Working principle: Absorb steel ball fragments and magnetic mineral powder to form a dynamic self regenerating protective layer; Wear only occurs in the material layer, and the lining plate body hardly wears, commonly known as "never wearing lining plate".

The steel shell encases the magnet, providing high strength; a protective layer is formed by adsorbing iron particles; with its thin profile, it increases the effective volume of the mill and enhances grinding efficiency.

The wear-resistant ceramic blocks are mounted on a rigid plastic base and combined with a detachable magnetic assembly; the magnetic force is adjustable (single-point suction force: 20–200 kg). For maintenance, a crowbar or lifting ring can be used.

Improving equipment performance: As there is no need to install bolts, the phenomenon of "powder leakage" is completely eliminated. At the same time, the lining plate is thinner, which increases the working diameter inside the mill and can directly increase the processing capacity.

Improving the working environment: The magnetic fixation structure is tighter, effectively reducing the noise and vibration during equipment operation

 

Limitation

 

Only applicable to ferromagnetic substrates: The equipment casing must be made of ferromagnetic steel (ordinary carbon steel), and stainless steel or aluminum equipment cannot be used.

Not suitable for strong non-magnetic materials: If the processed material and grinding medium are completely free of iron and cannot form a protective layer, the lining plate will wear out directly, greatly reducing its lifespan.

Not resistant to ultra-high temperatures: Permanent magnets will demagnetize at high temperatures (usually exceeding 80-100 ° C), so they are not suitable for high-temperature material conveying lines.
