1.Alumina (Al₂O₃) Lined Pipes
Content: 92%, 95% Al₂O₃

2.Zirconia (ZrO₂) Toughened Pipes
Content: 80% Al₂O₃ + 20% ZrO₂ (ZTA)

3. Silicon Carbide (SiC) Lined Pipes
Best for: Extreme abrasion + chemical resistance (e.g., acid slurry).

Wear resistance: According to the international standard ASTM G65, the wear rate of ceramic lined pipes is reduced by more than 70% compared to traditional steel pipes.
Corrosion resistance: The ceramic lining material has passed the salt spray test according to ISO 12944 standard, with a corrosion resistance of over 2000 hours.
Temperature resistance range: The working temperature of ceramic lined pipelines can be between -40 ℃ and 850 ℃, suitable for various extreme environments.
