Metal ceramic pipe Applications
Metal ceramic pipe is used in all industry where wear resistance is needed.

Features
1. Wear resistance and service life
Ceramic-lined Pipe Spools are the use of high temperature, strong adhesive will be used to paste alumina ceramic tiles the pipe wall, after the heat curing to form a solid anti-wear layer. The service life is 4-5 times than the normal abrasion-resistant pipes.

The inner surface is smooth and never corroded, unlike the convex spiral on the inner surface of the seamless steel pipe. The smoothness of its inner surface is better than that of any metal pipe and slightly lower than that of a seamless pipe. Therefore, it has the characteristics of low running resistance, which can reduce operating costs.
4. Corrosion resistance, anti-scaling
Erosion can significantly reduce the operational life of cement production equipment and speed up the replacement of key components. The use of abrasion-resistant precast ceramic parts can be a sound alternative to expensive metallic shapes or cast refractory.
5.Housing Materials:In addition to our standard carbon steel housing, stainless steel 316 or 304, FRP, vinyl ester wrapping, and other custom housing materials may be supplied.
6.Ceramic Materials:Ceramic includes alumina, silicon carbide(RB SiC), ZTA, zirconia and cast basalt.
Reaction-Bonded Silicon Carbide (RB SiC) The most cost-effective ceramic we offer. Alumina ceramic is 42% harder than chrome carbide hard-facing, three times harder than glass, and nine times harder than carbon or stainless steel. RB SiC is nine times harder than carbon steel, and exhibits superior chemical resistance to acids and alkalies. RB SiC may be fabricated in lengths up to 48", allowing for cost-effective, long runs of piping. It is slightly porous, which limits its use in cavitating environments, but is an excellent material for basic wear applications.
Alumina also exhibits an extremely high level of corrosion resistance - even at high temperatures - and is the ideal material for high wear applications where corrosive and abrasive fluids are present. It is a very cost-effective material, and its use is recommended in services that are highly aggressive.
