Structure and Materials of Elbow and Y-shaped Pipe for Coal Fly Ash
Base material: The outer steel pipe is usually made of 20 # steel, Q235B or Q345B, providing structural strength and ensuring weldability.
Wear resistant layer: The key component is the inner ceramic lining. The most commonly used is corundum ceramic (Al ₂ O ∝, with alumina content ≥ 95%), with a hardness of HRA 85 or higher and wear resistance more than 10 times that of ordinary steel pipes.
