Production Process
1. Centrifugal casting process: Through high-temperature centrifugal technology, a dense ceramic layer is formed, ensuring material uniformity and reducing the weight by 50% compared to ordinary cast stone pipes.
2. Spot welding assembly process: Use high-temperature resistant adhesive to fix the aluminum oxide ceramic sheet, and combine with spot welding technology to enhance the stability.
Material Characteristics and Product Advantages
Using cast basalt stone composite material, with a 10mm thick wear-resistant ceramic layer (with Mohs hardness above 9) on the inner wall, it is suitable for scenarios involving the transportation of granular materials and corrosive media.
Design features: Both ends are equipped with live flange connections, facilitating installation and commissioning; the inner wall is smooth (with a clear resistance coefficient of 0.0193), resulting in low operating resistance.
Working temperature: Can operate stably for a long time within the range of -50℃ to 700℃, with outstanding high-temperature resistance performance.
Performance advantages:
Malleability: Suitable for inner linings of desulfurization slurry pipes in power plants and inclined troughs in mines, etc., which are prone to wear.
Corrosion resistance: Ideal material for chemical transmission pipelines and liners of acid washing equipment.
High hardness: However, it has relatively high brittleness and should avoid bearing bending tensile stress.
