Production Process

 

 

 

 

1. Centrifugal casting process‌: Through high-temperature centrifugal technology, a dense ceramic layer is formed, ensuring material uniformity and reducing the weight by 50% compared to ordinary cast stone pipes.

2. Spot welding assembly process: Use high-temperature resistant adhesive to fix the aluminum oxide ceramic sheet, and combine with spot welding technology to enhance the stability.

Material Characteristics and Product Advantages

 

Using cast basalt stone composite material, with a 10mm thick wear-resistant ceramic layer (with Mohs hardness above 9) on the inner wall, it is suitable for scenarios involving the transportation of granular materials and corrosive media.
‌Design features: Both ends are equipped with live flange connections, facilitating installation and commissioning; the inner wall is smooth (with a clear resistance coefficient of 0.0193), resulting in low operating resistance.

Working temperature: Can operate stably for a long time within the range of -50℃ to 700℃, with outstanding high-temperature resistance performance.

 

Performance advantages:
1. Wear-resistant, the hardness of cast stone is above HRC80, and the wear resistance coefficient is 0.09 to 0.14. Therefore, cast stone has excellent wear resistance.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      2. Corrosion resistance: Cast stone is a single "cast pyroxene" mineral phase, which has strong corrosion resistance. It can resist the corrosion of any acid or alkali except hydrofluoric acid and hot phosphoric acid (acid resistance greater than 96%, alkali resistance greater than 98%).

3. High-temperature resistance: Cast stone is smelted at a high temperature of 1400℃ and has excellent high-temperature resistance.                            4. Disadvantages of cast stone: Poor toughness and impact resistance, and difficult to machine.
