Description
Wear-resistant ceramic layer: Typically made of high-purity alumina ceramic, it serves as the core wear-resistant layer, boasting extremely high hardness and excellent wear resistance, effectively resisting material erosion and wear.
Intermediate rubber layer: Serving as a cushioning layer, its elasticity can absorb the energy generated by material impact, buffering and preventing shattered porcelain; it prevents the ceramic layer from cracking due to its brittleness, while also reducing noise and vibration.
Steel plate base: Provides structural strength and rigidity, facilitating welding or bolt fixation to the equipment surface to ensure secure installation of the lining plate. It can be directly welded/bolted to the equipment cabinet for convenient installation.
