Wear Resistant 90A Urethane Ceramic Chute Liners Wear Liner for Mining Industry

Urethane Ceramic Chute Liners can be divided into two types: two-in-one composite liner (ceramic + polyurethane, ceramic + steel plate) and three-in-one composite liner (ceramic + polyurethane + steel plate).
Polyurethane Ceramic chute liner adopts a vulcanization process to vulcanize toughened and wear-resistant ceramic and polyurethane together to form a ceramic polyurethane liner, and also backing with steel plate and bolts make it easier to mount. It is suitable for feeders, chutes, bins, transfer points, in conveyor systems, screen feed plates, mill discharge chutes, bunker etc.
We offer various specifications and shapes to meet the clients' requirements.

Specifications
Through vulcanization, the alumina ceramic plates or ceramic tiles are installed into the special rubbers (and steel) to form wear resistant ceramic rubber chute liners ,the first kind is rubber backed ceramic plate, which will be fixed on the abrasive surface of equipments by high-strength adhesive , and the other is rubber and steel backed ceramic plate, it is composed of rubber,alumina ceramic plate and steel plate, which will be fixed on the abrasive surface of equipment by bolts welded in the steel plate.
