Abrasion Resistant Urethane Ceramic Liner for Mining Chutes - Durable Wear Plate
Urethane Ceramic Liner and rubber backed ceramic tile pads, like the equipment to wear a "bulletproof vest + shock-absorbing shoes" combination of equipment!
Chenyi's products utilize ultra-high hardness, high-alumina ceramic blocks as a wear-resistant and bulletproof layer, embedded within flexible polyurethane or rubber to form a cushioning and shock-absorbing layer. This is then firmly bonded to a steel plate base using a high-temperature, high-pressure process.
The steel plate base version is extremely easy to install, directly fixed to the equipment surface via bolts or welding, requiring no complex construction.
Our mature technology ensures reliable adhesion between the ceramic blocks and the rubber/polyurethane, preventing ceramic particles from detaching and resulting in a more stable service life.
The rubber-backed ceramic pad, without a steel backing plate, is flexible, bendable, and can be cut on-site, adapting flexibly to various irregular curved surfaces and complex structures.

Packaging & Transportation
In order to ensure the safety of polyurethane ceramic liner in long-distance transportation, we use professional protective packaging: each liner is first wrapped with moisture-proof paper or plastic film to prevent moisture and pollution; then put into a customized wooden box or reinforced cardboard box, the box is filled with shock-proof foam or EPE pearl cotton, to avoid shaking and collision during transportation. The outside of the box is reinforced with steel straps and clearly labeled with "Fragile", "Moisture-proof" and "Up" signs.
