Introduction

Features
Good Wear Resistance
The rubber ceramic chute adopts a composite structure in which a rubber matrix is embedded in a ceramic lining. Among them, the Mohs hardness of the ceramic lining can reach level 9, which is similar to the level 10 of diamond and far exceeds the level 4-4.5 of ordinary steel. This structure allows the chute to maintain its surface integrity when facing highly abrasive materials such as quartz sand (Mohs hardness level 7), extending its service life by 3-5 times that of traditional steel chutes.
Good Shock Absorption
The Shore hardness of rubber is between 60-90A, which can effectively absorb up to 80% of the impact energy. This feature enables the chute to significantly reduce the damage caused by material impact to the equipment when handling large materials, such as ore with a diameter of up to 500mm. Compared with pure metal chutes, rubber ceramic chutes can reduce the impact force on the equipment by about 40%, effectively extending the service life of the entire conveying system.
Good Anti-stickiness
The friction coefficient of the surface of the rubber ceramic chute is usually between 0.2-0.3, which is much lower than the 0.5-0.8 of ordinary steel. This low friction characteristic makes it difficult for highly viscous materials (such as wet coal slime) to adhere to the chute surface during transportation, reducing the risk of blockage. Compared with traditional chutes, rubber ceramic chutes can reduce the material adhesion rate by up to 70%, greatly improving the transportation efficiency.
Low Noise
The rubber matrix of the rubber ceramic chute can absorb sound waves and reduce the working noise level by 15-20 decibels. When handling high-noise materials such as coal gangue, the rubber ceramic chute can reduce the environmental noise by about 30% compared with metal chutes, and the noise level can be controlled below 85 decibels. This greatly improves the working environment of workers.
