ZTA Ceramic Tiles
ZTA ceramic tiles are formulated with ZrO₂, which has a lattice similar to that of Al₂O₃, for superior strength and toughness compared to alumina ceramics. ZTA ceramic wear liners, as a new type of super abrasion and impact resistant liners, are not pure alumina ceramic materials, but are made by mixing alumina ceramics and zirconia ceramics in a specific ratio. The specific composition is 75% alumina and 25% zirconia, which gives ZTA ceramic tiles high hardness and strength, as well as excellent wear and corrosion resistance.
