   Flange ceramic pipes are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant special pipes with standard flange connections at both ends and a ceramic/steel-lined ceramic structure. They are mainly used for transporting materials and fluids in conditions of high wear, high corrosion, and high temperature.

   Ceramic flange pipes are commonly divided into two categories:

Integral ceramic flange pipes: These are integrally sintered ceramic pipes (mainly alumina/silicon carbide), offering superior corrosion and high-temperature resistance;

Steel-lined ceramic flange pipes: These have an outer layer of pressure-bearing carbon steel and an inner lining of wear-resistant ceramic. The flange is welded to the steel pipe, providing pressure and impact resistance, and is compatible with conventional pipelines.

Applications

   Flange ceramic pipes are suitable for conveying highly abrasive, highly corrosive, high-temperature, powder/slurry/acid/alkali fluids. Flange connections are suitable for industrial pipeline assembly/disassembly, pressure stabilization, and sealing.

Power Industry (Largest User): Power plant desulfurization and denitrification, limestone slurry conveying pipelines; boiler ash removal, ash conveying, pulverized coal injection, ash/tailings conveying; high-temperature flue gas, dust removal, wear-resistant pipelines, anti-erosion and anti-scaling.

I. Basic Core Functions (Core Value)

- Wear Resistance: The pipe body is made of high-performance ceramic materials such as alumina and silicon carbide, with a Mohs hardness approaching that of diamond. This effectively resists the high-speed erosion and friction of materials such as powders, slurries, and dust, significantly reducing pipeline wear and loss. This avoids problems such as pipeline leakage and frequent replacement due to wear, extending the service life of the pipeline.

- Corrosion Resistance: The ceramic material possesses extremely strong chemical inertness, resisting corrosion from most strong acids, strong alkalis, salts, and organic solvents. It does not rust, scale, or release metal ions, protecting the pipeline itself from corrosion damage and preventing media contamination. It is suitable for corrosive working conditions such as chemical and environmental protection applications.

- High Temperature Resistance: Depending on the ceramic material, it can operate stably in high-temperature environments ranging from 700℃ to 1650℃ for extended periods without creep, oxidation, or deformation. It is suitable for high-temperature flue gas, hot-melt materials, and furnace conveying, meeting the high-temperature conveying needs of industries such as power and metallurgy.

- High-Efficiency Conveying Function: The smooth inner wall of the pipe reduces fluid resistance, enabling efficient and stable conveying of various materials such as gases, liquids, and powders.
