    Ceramic patch composite tube is a double-layer composite wear-resistant pipe with an outer steel and inner ceramic layer: small pieces of alumina ceramic sheets (patches) are glued and fixed to the inner wall of the outer carbon steel/stainless steel pipe to form a wear-resistant lining. It combines the pressure resistance, impact resistance and easy welding of steel pipe with the ultra-high wear resistance and corrosion resistance of ceramic, making it a special pipe for strong wear conditions of powder and slurry.

Features

 

   The ceramic patch composite tube is designed to address the problem of wear and tear on traditional metal pipes when transporting abrasive media such as pulverized coal, slag, and ash. By bonding wear-resistant ceramic plates inside the steel pipe, the pipe's wear and corrosion resistance can be significantly improved, thereby reducing maintenance costs and replacement frequency.

 

Outer Metal Substrate:
Q235 carbon steel, 20# seamless steel, 304 stainless steel, providing structural strength, pressure resistance, and impact resistance. Flange/butt welding installation is possible; large diameter and irregularly shaped pipe fittings can be manufactured.

 

Bonding Transition Layer:
High-temperature resistant inorganic adhesive/epoxy adhesive. For high-impact applications, mechanical spot welding and dovetail groove self-locking are added to prevent ceramic tiles from detaching due to high temperatures and erosion. Staggered installation eliminates straight-through erosion gaps.

 

Inner Wear-Resistant Ceramic Tiles:
Mainstream 92/95 alumina corundum ceramic tiles, small square/trapezoidal tiles (10×10, 20×20, 50×50mm), hardness HRA 85~90, Mohs hardness 9. Wear resistance is 10~20 times that of ordinary steel pipes. Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with a smooth inner wall to prevent clogging. These ceramic materials are cut into specific shapes and firmly bonded to the inner wall of the steel pipe using a high-temperature resistant, high-strength adhesive.
