Silicon carbide-lined steel pipes feature an inner layer of hard silicon carbide ceramic within standard steel tubing.
They combine the strength of steel with the wear and corrosion resistance of ceramics, enabling prolonged conveyance of particulate or corrosive materials without susceptibility to damage.
