High Fracture Toughness
ZTA ceramics have a fracture toughness of 3.65 MPa/m½, which means that the material has excellent resistance to crack propagation, is less prone to brittle fracture, and is better able to withstand shock and vibration loads.
Good thermal shock resistance
The excellent performance in the thermal shock resistance test at 250°C shows that ZTA ceramics can still maintain structural stability and are not easy to crack under the environment of rapid temperature changes, reflecting excellent thermal stability.
Moderate surface roughness
Surface roughness of V.9 indicates that ZTA ceramics have a high degree of surface smoothness, which can significantly reduce the friction resistance of the material in the chute, and thus improve the efficiency of the conveying system.
High Density Characteristics
